Dear Students:

Your help is needed with our new web-based ABET forms.  We have developed

a new web-based form to facilitate the data collection required for ABET.

I recognize that you have completed the paper ABET form.  I am requesting

you to complete the web-based ABET form.  Instructions

on how to complete this form is given below.  It should only require at

most 10 minutes of your time.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Go to CSNet

    http://csnet.cs.tamu.edu/

and login using your CS account

login and password.  Note, if accessing CSNet outside of TAMU, you

will need to use VPN.

2. Navigate to My Applications -> My Surveys

3. Select the appropriate option from the list of available surveys.

4. After answering all the questions, click 'Submit'.
