You are given Matrix class with
interface, implementation, and a test function.

1. (70 points)
   • Rewrite the given class either in Java or C# with appropriate interface, implemantation, and static test method.
   • You will improve the solution with more abstract types available and appropriate, i.e., ArrayList instead of arrays.
2. (30 points)
   • Style, presentation and abstraction.

• This is a take-home test and university honor code is to be followed.
• No excuses acceptable like unavailable access or machine is down.
• Turn in is on your students.cs.tamu.edu site with a new test link.
• Due date is latest November 14, Tuesday by 11pm.
